When you write, please include
- PowerPoint version and platform (Windows, Mac, or PowerPoint on the web).
- Which IPT plan you have (Free, Basic or Premium).
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps. Only include slide content you are happy to share.
Common questions
- Where is my plan stored?
- Inside the presentation, on the slide it belongs to. Nothing is sent to us unless you send it.
- Will the chart work for someone who does not have IPT?
- Yes. Convert it to PowerPoint shapes (☰ › Convert to PowerPoint shapes) and the deck opens, presents and prints anywhere.
- What does the free version include?
- The full scheduler — dependencies, critical path and float — up to the task limit shown in the add-in. Paid plans remove the limit and add features.
- What happens if my licence ends?
- IPT returns to the free version. Your existing charts are never deleted or locked.
- How do I get a refund or cancel?
- If you bought through Microsoft, use your Microsoft 365 admin center. For direct purchases, email us. See the Terms and Licence, section 5.
- Does IPT show ads?
- No. If the free version ever carries advertising, the privacy policy will be updated first, and paid plans will never show ads.
